A look at skinheads, gutter punks, and mainstream kids--the young people involved in the pro-white movement, as well as Anti-Racist Action (ARA), the counter-movement that demonstrates against them. We see how the heated racial issues dividing these young people are conveyed through physical confrontations, as the two groups collide in a war of ideas.
