Director Roger Michell Drops Out Of 'Bond 22'

After recent reports that U.K. helmer Roger Michell was in talks to direct the sequel to Casino Royale, currently called Bond 22, the negotiations have fallen through due to "creative differences," according to Variety sources.The 22nd Bond movie will also see Daniel Craig reprise his role as 007. Even though no director is in place, the studio has set a release date of May 2, 2008.
Casino Royale, directed by Martin Campbell, is slated for a November release.
