M. Night Shyamalan To Make 'Lady In The Water'
[Thursday, March 24th, 2005]M. Night Shyamalan is teaming up with Warner Bros. Pictures to make his next feature Lady in the Water, according to Variety.
The story, written by Shyamalan, concerns a building super who finds a sea nymph in his apartment building's pool.
"Since we met a few years ago, (Warner Bros. president) Alan Horn and (production president) Jeff Robinov have gone out of their way to offer me the best on their studio slates time after time," Shyamalan said. "I felt their personal connection to my movies."
Production will begin in August on location in Philadelphia, for release in July 2006.
