Ice Cube In 'Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House'

Ice Cube is to take Cary Grant role in the remake of Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House, according to Variety.

Steve Carr (Next Friday) will direct the remake this summer.

The original 1948 comedy starred Grant and Myrna Loy as a couple that chucks their Manhattan apartment for a big house in the suburbs. The fixer-upper proves to be a nightmare.
