Plummer, Redgrave, Rossellini Join 'My Dog Tulip'

Christopher Plummer, Lynn Redgrave and Isabella Rossellini have all joined the voice cast of the indie animated feature My Dog Tulip, says Variety.

The feature is based on the 1956 Brit novel by J.R. Ackerley. follows a 14-year friendship between Ackerley and his German Shepherd, Tulip, after the scribe rescued the dog.

Brian Murray, Paul Hecht, Peter Gerety and Euan Morton round out the cast. Voice recording begins this month, with animation to follow.
