Dakota Fanning Talks 'New Moon'

Dakota Fanning confirmed to reporters that she's talking about taking on the role of an aristocratic vampire in the upcoming Twilight sequel New Moon.

"It's definitely possible," said in a group interview about the prospects of joining New Moon in the role of Jane.

Since the rumored casting news first broke on Wednesday, Twilight message boards have been abuzz with reaction to the news. Fans seem generally pleased at the prospect.

Dakota is a good actress... so why is she wasting her time? Oh well, I guess the money is good even if Twilight stinks.
