Zach Braff To Direct 'Open Hearts' Remake

Zach Braff is set to direct, produce and possibly star in Paramount Pictures Open Hearts, says Variety.The feature will be a remake of the Danish movie which follows a woman who is devastated when her fiance is paralyzed from the waist down in a car accident.
To complicate the situation, she enters into an affair with her fiance's doctor, whose wife is the driver who caused the accident.
The final cast for the project has still to be decided. Shooting is scheduled to begin in New Jersey in June.
