Synopsis: A portrait of the mercurial director of photography Christopher Doyle, reknowned for his work with Hong Kong director Wong Kar-wai. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Doyle never attended film school and is famous for his flashy, anarchic visual style. In addition to his work with directors Wong, Stanley Kwan and Gus Van Sant, Doyle directed his first feature film "Away With Words" (1998/ Hong Kong/Japan/Australia) and works with collage and photography.
