Argentina, 1965. Nene, Angel and El Cuervo are bank robbers. But their last heist went wrong: they left four dead and Angel was wounded. Their boss, the sinister Fontana, decides to make them escape to Uruguay. In Montevideo one of Fontana's men, Losardo, tells them to remain in hiding until their false documents are ready, as the police are looking for them. Days go by and the tension mounts. The three begin going out and attracting attention. The situation worsens when Nene, who has an unhealthy homosexual relationship with Angel, falls in love with a prostitute. The final shoot-out with the police ends in a bloody carnage.
