Alilo, a wide-eyed Algerian waif sent to Paris to pick up a suitcase of merchandise for his boss, is taken in by his fast-talking, rap-singing cousin Mok, who's going to show him the ropes of Parisian life. With the good-natured, pathological liar Mok as his friend, Alilo needs no enemies.
