In the year 2007, the father and daughter team of Yogi and Boo-Boo are collecting electrodata from their space capsule in an attempt to understand why the world has fallen into ruin. By examining a score of society's 'electromagnetic transmissions,' the duo come up with a patchwork of old television programs, documentary footage and commercials.
