Rodriguez Says 'Spy Kids 3' Is A Go

Creator/Director of "Spy Kids" Robert Rodriguez has revealed that not only is he working on the script for "Spy Kids 3," but he wants to get it before the cameras in November, reports Sci Fi Wire.

"I'm still writing the script," writer/director Rodriguez said while pushing "Spy Kids 2" to reporters this week. "I mean, it just comes, because it's ... one of those big ideas that ...you don't even have to write it. It just comes to you: 'Ahh, that's what happens next!' I keep drawing it… I just ... called the studio back in March and said, 'Guess what we're making? Spy Kids 3!' [They said,] 'I didn't know there was going to be a 3.' [I said,] 'Neither did I, but I've got an idea, and I'm going to tell you right now.' I told them the idea, and they said, 'Oh my God, let's make Spy Kids 3'”
