Synopsis: A story about two extraordinarily different individuals who traverse the majestic spaces of the American West. Dr. Michael Reynolds is taken hostage by "Blue" Monroe, a teenage gangbuster suffering from an inoperable tumor. As the two journey through the desert with each other, they cover terrain not only of the open road but of the spirit. Michael becomes profoundly affected by his intense, uncompromising hijacker and comes finally to question his own convictions.
