Sequel to Sixth Sense

The Sixth Sense are going to make a sequel. The only people that are on the project so far are Spyglass Entertainment Group, nobody else has been signed on, from what we know of. Popcorn reports:

The company behind 'The Sixth Sense' have revealed they are working on a sequel to the worldwide smash hit.
In a document listing their forthcoming projects Spyglass Entertainment Group has listed 'The Sixth Sense II' as one of the films it currently has "in development, preproduction and production".

There's no word yet on whether any of the original cast will return, or even if 'Sixth Sense' writer-director M Night Shyamalan will be involved in trying to follow-up the ninth highest grossing movie of all time.

Shyamalan - who has just enjoyed another box office success with 'Unbreakable' - is currently writing another script he plans to direct, and has also been involved in work on 'Indiana Jones 4'. So any involvement he might have on 'Sixth Sense 2' might have to wait a while.
