Kathryn Bigelow Shooting 'Bin Laden' Movie

According to local media reports, Oscar winning director Kathryn Bigelow is shooting her untitled film in India based on the Navy SEAL Team Six operation that killed Osama bin Laden.

Bigelow “arrived in India on Tuesday and began shooting for her Osama film in Chandigarh (about 150 miles north of the capital Delhi) on Wednesday,” according to the Times of India newspaper Thursday. The report added that Chandigarh's Sector 15 neighborhood “was the setting for the movie's shooting and wore a new look to make it resemble Pakistan. Autorickshaws with Lahore number plates and signboards painted in Urdu caught the attention of passers-by.”
