Jordana Brewster 'Texas Chainsaw' Prequel Talks

Jordana Brewster is in talks to star in New Line Cinemas upcoming Texas Chainsaw Massacre prequel, says Variety.

The prequel will once again follow a group of kids who encounter a chainsaw-wielding killer. It will also tell the story of Leatherface's origin.

The 2003 remake, budgeted at just $9 million, made over $80 million. Shooting for the prequel is set to start in September.
