Synopsis:
Contemporary road film about two solitary strangers--Paco, a traveling rep for a shoe company and Nino, a Russian who came to France for a marriage that didn't take--who meet in Bretagne. Nino steals Paco's car and Marinette encourages Paco to hang around her village. Eventually Paco sees Nino in the same village, beats him up, and a friendship begins. After Marinette suggests that she and Paco assess their commitment to one another, the two friends set out on the road, meeting women and exploring the countryside.
