Chris Carter Says New X-Files Is Coming Soon
[Friday, April 12th, 2002]Chris Carter says he expects the next "X-Files" film to be released in 2004, reports Ananova.
He created the TV series and also wrote the first film.
Carter says he already has some ideas for the film's storyline.
"Everyone has expressed their desire to do it, including the studio," Carter tells Cinescape.
"I hope to write it over the summer, prep it over the fall and spring, and shoot it late spring and next summer.
"I think you would end up seeing it in 2004. I have rough ideas and I'm sort of deciding what to do."
