DreamWorks has hired Dario Scardapane to delve back into "
Ancient History" for producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura.
Developed from an original idea by Di Bonaventura Pictures production president Mark Vahradian, "History" is an actioner about a man who gets himself incarcerated so he can search for treasure hidden somewhere in the prison. Scardapane will update and change the setting of a previous script to try and rehabilitate "History" after it did a short stretch in development purgatory.
