Writer-director Chris Eska's "
August Evening" has been acquired by Maya Entertainment, launching its distribution division.
Produced by Connie Hill and Jason Wehling, pic is the story of an undocumented worker and his widowed daughter-in-law, who struggle to keep their relationship together.
