Director Richard Laxton is set to helm the quirky comedy
The Allotment, says Variety.
The feature follows a green-thumbed refugee family who face hostility from English locals when they're granted a plot of land to grow vegetables, called an allotment in Blighty.
Stars signed up for the project include Benedict Wong, Eddie Marsan, Alan Williams, Philip Jackson, Omid Djalili, Sarah Hadland and Roland Manookian.
