Comics 2 Film source reported that the 'Batman: Year One' movie is going to see a 2003 release, according to what he heard from Warner Bros. execs.
This sounds like an aggressive schedule considering there's no script and Darren Aronofsky seems to be leaning towards his science fiction project.
The scooper also said that Frank Miller, who is co-writing the script, has wrapped up his major comics projects and is now focused on developing the film.
'Batman: Year One' is a prequel based on the Batman series, based on how Batman became Batman. Freddie Prinze Jr. is said to be at the top of the list to play the young Batman.
