Morgan Spurlock (
Supersize Me) is set to help make the documentary feature
Class Act, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The feature, helmed by Sara Sackner, focuses on the arts education crisis in America. It centers on the role that teachers play in the education of America's youth and the need to keep arts education and creativity alive in America's public school curriculum.
"Arts programs are disappearing at an alarming rate in public school systems nationwide," Spurlock said. "It is my hope that 'Class Act' will draw attention to something that I believe to be one of the most important foundations of a child's growth."
