Media Ventures Pictures, has optioned "Coma," a script by newcomer Mike Giardi, reports Variety.
"Coma" is the story of a woman who fakes a coma in an effort to make her husband's life miserable and steal his money.
"We are thrilled to be working with a new talent such as Mike, and will continue to dig to find emerging writers," said Robert Green.
