Director D.J. Caruso has been hired to helm DreamWorks / Paramount Pictures thriller
Disturbia, says Variety.
The feature revolves around a troubled high school senior, still grieving over his father's death, who is sentenced to house arrest after an outburst of anger at school.
The project is expected to begin production by April, and will be executively produced by Steven Spielberg.
