Drop Dead Sexy for director Michael Philip, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The dark comedy centers on a financial scam gone awry in which the main characters end up kidnapping a dead body in an attempt to blackmail their target.
Pruitt Taylor Vince, Lin Shaye, Suzanna Urszuly and John Benjamin Martin round out the cast.
The project marks Philip's directorial debut and begins shooting in Texas.
