The Debt" for Miramax.
Matthew Vaughn, director of Marvel Comics' upcoming "Thor," adapted the remake of the 2007 Israeli feature "HaHov" with writer Jane Goldman ("Stardust"). Vaughn, who will produce the project with Marv Films partner Kris Thykier, also is a partner with longtime collaborator Guy Ritchie in Ska Films ("Snatch").
