Intermedia are to make Adam Alleca's sci-fi action-thriller spec
The Drowning Man, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Based on Hideshi Hino's manga "Living Corpse," the story centers on a man who wakes up without a pulse and soon discovers that he is at the center of a macabre government experiment.
