Greg Coolidge is to rewrite and make his feature directing debut on the comedy
Employee of the Month, according to Variety.
Movie is about a duel between two slackers who become model Costco workers when they hear a new hottie may date the store's employee of the month.
After breaking into Hollywood as an actor -- he starred in the Sundance pic "Possum's Switch" and played Paul Hogan's nephew in a series of Subaru ads -- Coolidge began writing scripts with partner Joe Jarvis. They made several sales and got one pic made -- "Sorority Boys."
Coolidge, who wanted to be a director, wrote and directed
Queen for a Day, a short about a gym instructor who pretends to be gay so he can drape himself all over the beauties at the club.
