Mark Ruffalo has signed on to replace Mark Wahlberg in Warner Independent Pictures/Killer Films'
Every Word Is True, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The movie, helmed by Doug McGrath, focuses on writer Truman Capote's relationship with convicted murderers Dick Hickock and Perry Smith, while the pair awaited execution on death row. Ruffalo will play the role of Perry Smith.
Ruffalo will be joining a cast that includes Sandra Bullock, Gwyneth Paltrow and Toby Jones.
