To be helmed by Rowdy Herrington, political thriller concerns an international aid worker who goes to Mexico and becomes entwined in a murder mystery. Written by Robert Ozn and Colin Greene.
The movie is scheduled to begin production June 28 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
