Fox Animation has bought the rights to Roald Dahl's classic childrens book
Fantastic Mr. Fox, says Variety.
The feature, helmed by Wes Anderson, tells the story of a fox who uses its wits and cunning to outfox three dimwitted farmers who tire of sharing their chickens with the fox and resort to a shock-and-awe offensive.
The movie will use several forms of animation and primarily stop-motion.
