Mark Helfrich has signed on to direct the action-thriller "
Five Killers" for Lionsgate.
The editor-turned-helmer recently made his directing debut with Lionsgate's romantic comedy "Good Luck Chuck," which opens Sept. 21 and stars Dane Cook and Jessica Alba.
