Robert Evans and Stan Lee are to produce a new superhero franchise
Foreverman, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Writer Peter Briggs (
Hellboy) has been hired to write the screenplay in collaboration with Lee, who is creating an original superhero, complete with all the trappings of the best-known of Lee's other creations.
While not divulging many details, the producers said the new superhero will be akin to those Lee created at Marvel Comics. He will have all the problems of saving the world as well as the problems of dealing with everyday life.
