Chris Noth is set to join actor-director Carl T. Evans in
Frame of Mind, says the Hollywood Reporter.
The feature centers on a police detective who uncovers a widespread government conspiracy. Noth will play a college professor skeptical of a New Jersey detective's discovery.
Production on the indie film is slated to begin in October in the Garden State.
