I guess you are right, in many cases posters get more mature (forumwise) with time. But I also think there are some that would probably make good mods (attitudewise) right from the start. Obviously, there are other reasons why a one weeker can't really be a mod......then I talk out of my ass here, but I think I pulled it off and people believe I actually know what I'm saying....
