Armored Batman (DCEU) vs Armored Shredder (2014)

Batman in his Batman vs Superman armor vs Shredder in his 2014' armor. Who wins?

Batman gets destroyed. All he did was brutalize a Superman who was essentially durable enough to not die after he was exposed to multiple doses of Kryptonite. The suit didn't even make him all that strong as nothing he did was overly impressive and most of the damage was Superman fighting back. On top of that, the armor seemed to nerf his agility by a ton which is his whole schtick, so he's just a lot slower than normal.

Shredder overpowered all 4 Turtles at the same time who while not as strong as Superman, had tons of strength and durability feats that make them formidable threats like catching a falling radio tower, slinging each other hard enough into armored humvees that they crushed them and sent them flying, and Raph held up a collapsing sewer tunnel by himself. One of them(either Raph or Leo) also tossed a cargo container clean across the docks. On top of that, he is a walking meat grinder and can shoot all of his blades out like bullets and control them in flight. If Bruce doesn't get beat down, he gets skewered as he has no defense against that. He's incredibly slow while Shredder is fast enough to outfght all the turtles even in his suit until they figured out the power of friendship/brotherhood at the last minute.
