I know.The ones at the restaurant are sooooo good too but you have to eat them with a fork and the chips are kinda not-so-hard anymore.

I know this one place in Salinas where they do nachos just right. The freshly made chips stay crunchy, they use Monterey Jack cheese, and I order it with grilled chicken or carne asada and it's to die for.
