I become more and more restless with the minute and I get bad tempered or go crazy
I can' t call some friends and agree to do something cause I know that they are studying
but a hot shower helps me to calm down and relax

You are only bored cos you choose to be bored..there is so many stuff you can do...read a book, watch TV, watch Simpsons draw a picture, play video game, study, ANSWER TO POINTLESS THREADS AT KMC, listen to the music, go have a walk, go rent a video...etc etc...see, plenty of stuff to do
