The Spider-Man movie lost the feel of the comic book. So much comic relief could have been spawned by the fact that Peter's web shooters were home made rather than biological. I thought that was one of the two biggest mistakes in the first Spider-Man movie. Number 2 being the costumes, especially the over comical Green Goblin Mask that covered the appropriate face of Willem Defoe.
