I'm making a website and I was wondering if anyone could help with the layout.

This is the layout that I found, but I would like some changes made.
I'd like the blue striped background to be yellow, and a banner of Orlando Bloom in the place of the current one.

Please help, I'll give you full credit and if you have your own site I'll put a link to it up once i finish mine.

Hmm...I tried checking it out but it didn't work, said the site had been temporarily suspended. Try attaching the graphics to a post. I could help you with this, easy I've been doing websites for 4 years so I'm pretty good, methinks.
