I think it's time to start a countdown to May 16th, 2002. That's when AOTC releases in the United States and much of the world. Here's how I'm counting....I count the 16th as zero because on that day there are zero more days til the release.....therefore May 15th is 1 May 14th is 2 etc.

Each day I would like one person to count down a day (ex tomorrow somebody else says there are -- days til AOTC...)

You can talk about almost anything in b/t, but please don't miss a day....(and keep the conversations clean....at least to the best of you abilities)

As of today....February 19th 2002 there are 86 more days til Star Wars Episode II Attack of the Clones!!!!

Now we sit at 85. Damn that seems like a long time from now.

Yet it seems small compared to year 2005 til episode III.

Being that it is officially (in the UK) now 17 minutes past midnight.

That makes it ...

84 DAYS, and counting, people

I don't go with GMT at all that's why I use my own time zone.

I go with EST...but hey if it's midnight where you are....you're free to post the next day.......who's going to stop you anyway?

Anyway, think of it this way. Yes, we wait for EpII and EpIII but after that...what can we look forward to. Be happy that we have things to look forward to

In reality, that's about as often as I get to check... With college and all, I check here about once every two or three weeks. That's why I have been a member since March and have so few posts.

That's a good thing for you then......whenever you check back in it'll be a much lower countdown.....it'll feel good.

I mean compared to other people. Just look at Texas and Tomacco. I think I joined before them, I think, but there are up in the thousands. I remember when the highest number of posts was like 4000. Now it's like 13,000!

Good point....I've been registered several months but I don't have that many posts....I'd say I get on about 3 times a week....lots of homework and stuff to do ....it's not about quantity it's about quality.

Star Wars Ep.2, The Attack Of The Clones does not release in my part of the world, i.e. Bombay, India until the 5th of July ..

And by the 17th of may, almost everyone on this forum will have seen the movie and will be discussing it ....

And I will be hearing the whole story second hand on this forum ...

it's too depressing to think about ...

We should be posting our discussions after watching the movie in a certain thread. So people like Harmax here don't get spoiled before they watch it.

Also, we are under the 10 week mark. I don't know if it sounds better than 69 days, but it's true!
