just got the first gif of the ep3 footage from the ot dvd trailer, all credits go 2 ruffkut also i posted 1 pic from pregnant padme from webdoc 7 enjoy , (the ep3 footage that is shown on the dvd trailer is similar 2 the leaked footage that was leaked a while ago just a few differences thats all)

That does not look like ep. 4 vader to me. I think it is safe to say now that there won't be any extra scenes, and tweaks added to the film.
