I say it comes down to Venom and Spidey. Coz Venom is stronger than Carnage now and Shocker/Doc Ock would get whooped out early.

Carnage has beaten Venom and Spider-Man at the same time, and Shocker almost always beats Spider-Man, so i think it will come down to Carnage vs Shocker

Shocker win's, he would waste Venom and Carnage and is fully capable of beating Spiderman. his suit's put's out ultra loud sonic vibration's. he would decimate all of them
