I think venom and carnage would win.

hmmm....here's what happen's Venom and Carnage immediatley start fighting Spiderman shrug's and Ironman burn's them too death

hmmm, spiderman knows thier weakness-es and iron man can exploit them..... this should be rather quick.

id go with venom and carnage just becuz they are waaay cooler. although spiderman and ironman also rock!

I am leaning towards venom and Carnage, depending on how quick they act. Iron man might be to much, and Spiderman could dodge anything but Venom blocks his Spidersense.

I guess, Well which iron man is this one. The Sick carnage could of stood a chance but If Iron man didn't use any projectiles.

Spiderman is no match for either Venom or Carnage. He would be taken out quickly. When Iron Man fought Venom he had to use some kind of sonic pulse on him to slow him down however with Carnage in the picture the two should be able to rip him apart without a problem.

nope cause spiderman can keep venom bissy not beat him but keep him bissy and carnage all he gotta do is set his radiio on and his speakers on full blast then put in a lil jon cd or somethin and then they die
