Beyonder can win this if he finish this quickly, but if doesn't, IM has the ability to shapeshift into anything and everytime he does, he assume the powers and properties of the person/object he imitates. It might be plausible he would be able to imitate B's power if morphs into him.

Pre-retcon Beyonder(although I'd like to pretend there wasn't a retcon at all) owns him. And fast, too.
