I'm looking to begin exploring the expanded universe, especially books and comics. My particular interests are with the Fetts and Teras Kasi. Any helpul information would be greatly appreciated.

hmmm, well you should buy the trade paperback, (AKA graphic novel) of Jango Fett: Open Seasons. Really cool. Also the Clone Wars graphic novels. (graphic novels and Trade Paperbacks are comics btw)
as for books the Thrawn books are good, then after that maybe read the NJO series, which takes place way after the OT. For Clone Wars books, read the Clone Wars series, they have 3 books out so far. Boba fett has many books about him, so u will be set for that.
for Star wars history, u might want to look into the book Star Wars: the Essential Guide to Chronology!
