Fight takes place on flat terrain

Daredevil can take more damage it seems like, plus he's shown to be the better fighter although Ror is much more brutal. Id give it to Daredevil in a good fight.

Daredevil would most likely win IMO, but Rorschach is no pushover, and is going to make him work hard for it.

Going with Roscharch. Guy is nearly as skilled but hits harder, is more brutal, and is more insane. Hard to fight against crazy.

I think more brutal is debatable. Rorschach is certainly more crazy but, while Matt is against killing, DD has shown himself more than willing to get really nasty when the need arises. He has shown a willingness to maim/break bones, has tortured people to get info (like when he used the piece of glass on Healy to find out who sent him), and even put a guy in a coma by tossing him off a roof.

Can we even say Rorschach hits harder? Didn't DD have at least one or two solid super strength feats in the movie?

Netflix Daredevil? Rorschach wins with ease.

Also, not sure what evidence exists to suggest Rorschach is in fact close to DD in skill. His feats are handling some prison fodder, dropping a few cops (with the aid of some weapons as well) before fleeing, then fighting and taking out a small handful of uniform cops with nightsticks before getting overwhelmed and captured. Hell, at one stage Daredevil takes out multiple armed cops despite being handcuffed. Rorschach also couldn't manage to land a single proper hit on the only legitimately skilled opponent he encountered, Ozy, despite him and Night Owl double teaming him.

On the flip side, DD has in fact handled professional assassins and high level ninjas, beyond dealing with armed fodder. The only time fodder ever gives him any actual problems is when he is suffering from injuries. He was also fast enough to aim dodge and flip through close range auto fire, and deflect one of Stick's arrows in mid flight. And DD did have a few showings where he displayed serious strength, like the few instances where he did break bones etc. against opponents. He still casually snaps that one dirty cop's arm, IIRC. He was also strong enough to full on pick up and throw Fisk. That being said, Rorschach's hits were a bit more consistent.
