Luke's strikes (based on smashing through steel, concrete, brick walls, fairly easily ripping the door off a safe with one hand etc.) seems to be close to WS' metal arm, in terms of power. Panther's suit was handling those strikes without too much trouble. Don't see how Luke can put him down.

Panther would probably take this easily unless Luke gets a hold of him. Much faster, much more skilled, his claws should be able to damage Luke while his own armor makes him just as durable, if not more so.
