Thanos won? I seem to recall him dying twice in EG. Only a Thanos cuck would watch that scene and think he would beat Wanda 1v1. He had zero defense against her crushing him on his own.

In character but its a peak performance in character. I.e. feats they have displayed are useable. Power scaling also useable. But thats part of the argumentation.

In the past I had a judge admit after he rendered his opinion it made no difference what I said he already believed the other character to be stronger thus his opinion was not based on the arguments presented. It was based on his own preconceived notions of the character. Judge this based on the stipulations and arguments presented. I do trust you will. Most do not.

In the past I had a judge admit after he rendered his opinion it made no difference what I said he already believed the other character to be stronger thus his opinion was not based on the arguments presented. It was based on his own preconceived notions of the character. Judge this based on the stipulations and arguments presented. I do trust you will. Most do not.

Hm. Should I be going into this with an "empty head" mindset? That way, I will be 100% basing my verdict on information, arguments and evidence presented in the BZ and not anything outside (essentially treat me like I've never seen the films).

The advantage of that is that both parties will be entering with the same level of burden of proof and interpretations can be scrutinized from the proof provided.

Disadvantage is that there is a higher burden to the proof meaning that arguments must be presented via media available on the internet or via self-uploading the proof online. Might also use up a lot of room on the replies.

Anyway, we can discuss guidelines when you guys agree on the date/stips.

Superman is in his own suit.

In character but to the best of their abilities In Character. In other words feats/actions they have displayed can be used. Both characters at their peak (but no Infinity Gauntlet).

Out of character would be things we can imagine they would do with their power sets but they have never actually displayed. This isnt a power set debate. Its a DCEU Superman vs MCU Thanos debate.

Agreed? If you believe Superman tries to kill his opponent in character out of the gate good luck proving that. We do not take over the character and debate based off powerset completely hijacking the character themselves. So you can use feats all you want but not ignoring the totality of fights and only focusing on brief moments of them. You are free to try whatever angle you want but no powerset debating. I only debate in character not anything else. I have been consistent over the years in arguing based off the tendencies of the characters.

Well Im going to use his best feats. You can bring up his lower end feats if you think it helps you to prove his limitations. I will be posting clips to prove Thanoss limitations.

But as long as we are using On Screen Feats, then by default its in character. If you believe its not in character, then its for you to prove that given hes done that feat On Screen.

I use all feats not just selectively ones that favor me hence why my style is objective. Those who try to dismiss showings demonstrate they only selectively decide what they think is usable. That is the definition of bias.

Pis is a subjective interpretation that ignores 80 percent of the flashs showings in favor of a make believe version on the forum where the minority of the feats only count.


When they fight Thanos is going to win based off the feats and tendencies of both characters. I am supremely confident their portrayals support my conclusion.

Oh and power scaling allowed (obviously). But that doesnt mean feats are interchangeable.

For example if Spider-Man can lift a tank then obviously Thanos can having proven himself to be massively stronger than Spider-Man, but that doesnt suddenly mean Thanos would beat Mysterio in a fight because Spider-Man did (not saying he wouldnt but explaining the difference between logical power scaling and inter changing feats between characters).
